The location is convenient, placing you close to key attractions. Other guests appreciated the friendly service, making their stay more pleasant.

The cleanliness left much to be desired with reports of bugs and unpleasant smells in the rooms. Some amenities were also in disrepair.

It was just a good pick for a momentary visit in Chattanooga with fantastic value for money. The front desk person was very nice and made check-in easy despite all the issues. If you're looking for a budget spot, just make sure to check your room details before settling in.

The stay had some good points, like the soft bed and decent cable TV that kept the kids entertained. The pool area was nice for a quick dip and just hanging out, making it relaxing for the family. The bathroom could have used a little sprucing up, but it didn’t ruin our trip! 😊

The girl at the front desk was helpful and gave us extra towels when we asked, which was great, considering the room was missing some. I really appreciated the breakfast selection, they had fresh fruit, yogurt, and even made scrambled eggs, my kids loved it.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the indoor pool before heading out for golf and settling in for a restful night. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was solid. It’s a perfect spot to explore the area and enjoy a laid-back stay. Highly recommend it for fun getaways!

However, the non-smoking room we requested smelled strongly of smoke, which was disappointing.

I loved that I could easily walk to the beautiful Standifer Gap Marsh just over 2 km away and grab a bite at Firebox, which is only about 500 meters from my stay.

I appreciated the warm colors and welcoming décor, which felt quite cozy. The hallways were well-lit, making it easy to navigate, and the staff were exceptionally thoughtful in assisting me with my luggage.
